Abstract

Nano particles MgO and  Fe2O3 with moral crystallinity were prepared by simple chemical method.The structure and the size of the MgO and  Fe2O3 Nps were examined by SEM and XRD. Characterizations of the  nano-products were done using X-ray diffraction (XRD)which confirmed the crystal-like nature of  MgO and Fe2O3 NPs. More, field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) has been used to demonstrate the morphology of the nanostructures of MgO and Fe2O3 NPs. The data yielded the average grain size of  MgO,Fe2O3 NPs calculated by SEM and XRD(29, 26.02)nm and(6.529,14.569)nm respectively. Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) spectrum and XRD pattern recommended that prepared  MgO and Fe2O3 NPs were very pure. According to the MTT assay results of MES-SA cells the IC50 (95.8, 112.9) μg/mL. invasive cell rate reduced to 64% of the control group for MgO NPs treatment, and to 89% of the control group for Fe2O3 NPs treatments.
